Abstract
|
|
|
To be sure the possibility of the utilization of pelviscopic operation for cervical malignancy, 30 patients of CIN have been treated with pelviscopic hysterectomy from Mar. 1993 to Apr. 1994, prior to be applicated with invasive cervical cancer
treatment.
As I do feel the pelviscopic operation offers substantive benefits to the patient such as rapid recovery time, less bleeding amount, less postoperative discomfortness and more cosmetic, the pelviscopic hysterectomy for CIS (CIN) patients would be
an
excellent place to laparotomy.
I am sure the pelviscopic operation of invasive cervical cancer (radical hysterectomy) will be possible, the only when the surgens experienced in advanced pelviscopic techniques and Gynecologic oncology.
In addition, I believe the pelviscopic surgery could become a major tool in pelvic oncology and would be expanded to use for gynecologic oncology.
